Horizontal rule will be converted in NotesBridge

In rich text field or form, horizontal rule will be converted to HTML as following. 3D shading effect is not as is.

Horizontal rule with 100% width, 0.1" height, no 3D shading

Horizontal rule with 50% width, 0.2" height, no background color, 3D shading

Horizontal rule with 6" width, 0.073" height, 3D shading. 3D shading with background color is not as is

Horizontal rule with 100% width, 0.2" height, 3D shading, gradient background color
